- 50% deposit with balance due prior to delivery on orders over $1,000.00. For projects less than $1,000.00, full payment is due at time of order.
- 12 piece initial MOQ per order. Any order less than 12 pieces will have a $50.00 below minimum set up fee applied. This is in addition to regular art fees.
- Reorders are available without minimum or price penalty on all apparel but not on mask products.
- All orders must be submitted on VBS roster list with all player names shown exactly how they will be printed.
- Sales samples and preproduction samples are available at regular pricing but are not subject to MOQ requirements.
- Orders that are required in less than the established delivery commitment will be subject to a 20% rush fee.

ART FEES
- Custom pantone colors that are not able to be swapped out for existing Neozun Manufacturing (Canada) Inc colour pallete options will require a $75.00 per color formulation fee.
- $25.00 per proof charge will be applied for any projects that have had more than an initial proof/mock up and 3 sets of revisions.
